UI UX Designer

Our client, a US-based Marketing Agency, is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and high-converting landing pages and will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces for a wide range of digital marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client objectives.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital agency with a solid portfolio
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability
• Visual design skills and attention to detail
• Experience with HubSpot page builder (good to have)
• B2B Experience (good to have)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX designs and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience working in Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
