Purpose of position
Reporting directly to the Group Senior Director Sales, the Sales Director for Enterprise Customers will lead the New Business team dedicated to our largest customers across all regions to deliver the group sales vision, exceed performance targets, and continually improve performance with this critical customer group.
In this exciting new role, you will be working closely together with the global and regional Client Services (CS) leadership teams to align on sales strategy and implement processes to expand our current Enterprise client base (largely aligned to current Tier 1), while also providing guidance around commercial decisions and helping to set group-wide commercial policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Sales Managers focused on Enterprise customers across Europe and the Americas to ensure the expansion of our customer base across all regions.
