Job Description:

• Responsible for Petty cash management.

• Recording Vendor bills in the Xero.

• Responsible for fund disbursement such as payroll, Vendor payment.

• Perform Bank Reconciliation.

• Prepare Monthly TDS and VDS schedule.

• Update and reconcile all the tax and vat ledgers and maintain all necessary Tax documents properly.

• Perform Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation.

• Provide documents to external parties, such as bank, tax authorities, etc.

• Point of contract for the finance department.

• Assist Manager in preparing the financial statement.

• Maintain relevant financial registers.

• Prepare financial reports.

• Perform Ad hoc activities assigned by the line Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA part 2 Qualified

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

• Experience in Xero will be an advantage

• Strong understanding of excel and G-suits

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with various departments within the organization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of TAX and VAT is required

• Basic understanding of IAS and IFRS

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Working Hours:

• 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)

• Work from Office
