About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and handling inquiries within the taxation and property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information on taxation and property services.
• Assist customers in understanding their taxation obligations and the services available to them.
• Manage effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service delivery standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the taxation and property sectors to provide informed support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric, with further education in relevant fields considered an asset.

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally related to taxation or property management.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Must be a current employee of Quantanite .

• Ability to work USA related shift patterns.
