Core Responsibilities
- Deliver customer value proposition for a portfolio of online retailers. Full accountability of end-to-end account management of ecommerce retailers in MENA.
- Develop, implement and follow-up customer joint business plans that deliver against business targets.
- Build and develop relationships with key customers. Activate the monthly priorities set by the marketing team while applying fully the retailer’s activity calendar.
- Negotiate annual trade terms and plans within the set frames.
