Planner (Temporary 8 months - Maternity Cover)

-Lead/Attend the CCB and Pre-CCB meeting weekly as required:

• Review and approvals of RDW/ECR/ECO
• Review the Change and release implementations performed by the BOM and Data Management Team.
• Tracking and management of ECO implementations
• Timely reporting the ECO implementation status, ECO closure.
• Check ECR having the change or not. If have, check the RM impacting to open Production Order and inform to Production Team and Shortage Team timely for actions needed.
• Check stock RM available to use for other products or not. If the RM is unique item, confirm to Scrap or Use-up process. If Use-up, follow up schedule and manual change to use-up all stock.
• Check ECR Deviation, follow with Production orders in next 3 months and inform to Manufacturing Engineering set the Version follow ECR require.
• Check ECR Rework: check stock need for Rework orders, inform price to Engineering to create the Rework cost.
• Create Rework order and check components available for RW order or not. If have stock, add components into Rework order as requirement.
• Daily Release, Staging RW order
• Daily check consume component for RW Order, check Yeid Quantity confirm (completed) by PRDN and do TECO RW order timely.
• Daily maintain RW Order make sure no any RW order pass-due
• Raise PR of the items stationery needed for PMC Team monthly.

Requirements

• Can read and write English.
• Understanding of product / process development.
• Can read schematic, diagram, drawing, and BOM is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good Office Skill: Power Point, Excel, Word
• Active and Aggressive are preferred.
