Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive long-term revenue strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and market positioning.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Goal Setting: Establish clear revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product management to prioritize features and enhancements that align with revenue goals and market needs.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative pricing models to optimize revenue across different products and services.
- Customer Segmentation: Identify and target high-value customer segments to tailor strategies and offerings that maximize revenue.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate revenue performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive efforts toward revenue objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to revenue and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a revenue strategy or related role within the Adtech industry, focusing on growth-oriented initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Adtech landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and key players.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
