The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center either in San José, Budapest or Malaysia . Roche is a global healthcare company - founded 125 years ago in Basel, Switzerland, offering exceptional career paths and great benefits for fresh graduates and outstanding professionals. We are continuously expanding, looking for new talents to join our transforming Services & Solutions Center. We offer a flexible working framework (2 office day/week on average) and provide fully remote working conditions (even after the pandemic situation). Your health and safety is of paramount importance to us, therefore we are currently conducting web-based interviews and our onboarding process is also running in a virtual setup.

What we do?

The Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) organization provides services to the Roche organization out of our Headquarters in Basel / Kaiseraugst and the three strategic locations: Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Budapest (Hungary) and San José (Costa Rica). This is a recently established and rapidly growing global organization with a follow-the-sun ambition to support Roche affiliates and Global functions worldwide. Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is a dedicated team in RSS within GCX, focused on delivering enhanced experience-centric services across the whole Roche organization, by enabling innovative solutions to ensure support excellence. Our team consists of technical, process and operational support professionals who collaborate with teams across Roche and with key 3rd party vendors, to define, create and provide support solutions for our customer facing organizations.

We are looking for a Knowledge Management Catalyst responsible for designing, creating, maintaining and adopting Knowledge Management Processes/Strategies and to efficiently and effectively provide support services to internal and external Customers.

You will give expert advice on knowledge management and co-create radical ideas to effectively provide value in the KM space.

This role will interact with local and global IT functions across the Informatics ecosystem, as well as with Finance & Procurement and Digital Healthcare Products related stakeholders to align, harmonise and automate knowledge-related activities as much as possible. More granularly the role scope implies: the content/knowledge management strategy and lead the content architecture and strategy, frequent knowledge management monitoring through regular calibrations with the stakeholders, identification and execution of optimization opportunities (Continuous Improvement).

To be a successful candidate, you fulfil 90% of all the following requirements:

  • Intellectual & Learning Skills: Problem solving, conceptual/strategic thinking, being analytical, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Includes listening, negotiation, marketing, team working, writing, synthesis capacity, presentation skills and advertising. Information Management Skills: Includes content management, information processes, taxonomies, and IT/digital marketing applications. Informatics/Computer Science Skills: Includes information architecture, digital marketing, social media management, video scripting and workflow.
  • Language Skills: Fluent/Bilingual in English, and a second language. Any other language is an asset.
  • Personal Skills: Strong strategic, entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with the ability to think analytically and innovatively. Courageous, curious, creative and inspired by digital change/transformation with the capacity to think out of the box when the situation requires flexibility and speed.
  • Academic Background & Experience: 5 years of successful experience in a comparable position managing and supporting similar processes in a multinational environment, mainly in a virtual setup : ITIL or any Knowledge Management framework certification, Scrum and agile methodologies understanding, Experience Implementing of Knowledge Management frameworks, Knowledge in Continuous Improvement techniques.
