Responsibilities

Review the technical design proposed by Icertis or partner teams of ICI application for MVP

• ICI design in line with best practices

• Compliance with ICI coding and development standards

• Scalability of proposed integration and customization design for the full scope of the project

Review BRD and IRD

• Clarity and Completeness of Requirements: The document should be clear and comprehensive in outlining what the Icertis application is supposed to do. Look for well-defined technical and integration requirements. Ensure that all technical and functional stakeholders' needs and expectations are captured and that the document has no ambiguities or contradictions.

• Feasibility and Scalability: Evaluate whether the proposed requirements are feasible from a technical perspective. Consider the Icertis technology stack, data storage, security, and integration capabilities. Additionally, assess whether the proposed design of the Icertis application can scale to accommodate future growth and increased user demand.

• User Experience and Usability: Examine the document for user-centric requirements. Ensure that the application's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) requirements are well-defined and meet the needs of the different customer departments. Pay attention to robustness, ability to handle volume, impact on performance, and other critical components.

• As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing the scalability of the proposed integration and customization design for the full scope of the project.

Contribution to Product Development

• You will contribute to product development by leveraging your CoE vantage point. You will work with product teams on new functions and features, bringing your expertise and insights to drive innovation and excellence in our products.
• Contribute in development of new Explore AI offerings development

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Icertis experience

• Important ICI technical certifications and completion of knowledge courses

• In-depth knowledge of Icertis products and services, including a strong understanding of implementations and enhancements

• Knowledge of the complete life cycle of ICI implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements

• Quick and innovative thinking with the insight to correctly interpret available data

• Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor

• Project experience

• AI and Integration experience
