Member Solutions Consultant

First Credit Union is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team. As a Member Solutions Consultant you will play a key role in ensuring that member inquiries related to accounts, loans, and various financial products are handled efficiently. In addition, you will advocate for First Credit Union being actively involved in First Credit Union community initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include opening and closing accounts, processing payments, handling loan applications, and providing excellent customer service. In addition, you will actively promote First Credit Union's products and services, contributing to the growth of our member relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• A minimum Level 2 NCEA (or equivalent) education.
• Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, both written and oral.
• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
