PDG is seeking a dedicated contractor to facilitate the recruitment and administration of Entry-Level Short-Term Tasks at the Department of Energy's Hanford Site. This role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse candidates from various academic disciplines and contribute to their professional development through meaningful short-term assignments.

• Recruit and administer services for up to 20 College/University Students or recent graduates for 8-12 week tasks.
• Recruit applicants in the following fields of study/majors: (Engineering) architectural, chemical, civil/structural, computer, electrical, environmental, fire protection, mechanical, nuclear and safety; (Physical Science) archeology, bio-chemical, biology, chemistry, environmental, geology, hydrology, material science, mathematics, occupational safety/health, and physics; (Business Administration) accounting, economics finance, human resources, project management, project controls, procurement/contracting, and marketing; (Humanities/Social Science) communications, history, philosophy, political science, psychology, public administration, computer science, cyber security, criminal justice, urban planning, cultural resources, and sociology; (Law) contract, environmental.
• Establish criteria and guidelines for tasks, including payroll, timesheets, training, and stipends.
• Communicate guidelines to DOE-RL POC.
• Establish an application process and a qualified applicant pool, ensuring diversity.
• Pre-screen, evaluate, and interview applicants; refer qualified candidates to DOE-RL.
