Our National Clients & Markets team is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Melbourne team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong visual sense and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to produce high-quality designs that elevate our brand and effectively communicate our services.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and evolve the firm’s brand identity across all materials and platforms.
• Produce high-quality graphics for a variety of media, including print, digital and presentations.
• Design and optimise graphics for the firm’s website and social media.
• Create compelling collateral such as reports, brochures, flyers, invitations, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the firm’s designs are modern.

Who you are

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with 3-5+ years’ professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) & Microsoft Office Suite.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.
