Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for email marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that effectively communicate the company's message
• Utilize Canva and other design tools to produce high-quality graphics and visual content
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and email marketing
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different devices and platforms
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently
• Work closely with the email marketing team to understand the target audience and create designs that resonate with them
• Contribute to the overall creative direction and strategy of the email marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English
• Full-time availability (30-40 hours per week)
• Experience in email marketing and direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce industries
• Expertise in Canva and other design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work
• Ability to work in the Central European Time (CET) zone
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and design principles
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environment
