About the role

Flare require a senior product designer in the Financial Services & Benefits domain with a focus on contributing to the top-line growth and adoption of Flare’s product offering.

The senior product designer will with work closely with their design peers, partner with product, and engineering to help deliver best-in-class experiences for Flare’s employee onboarding product, and other partner-integrated workflows.

• Our designers cover a lot of ground, they:
• Want to understand our customers and are happy to use different research techniques to do it.
• Get their team involved to make sense of the findings.
• Seek critique and feedback to help improve themselves and their designs.
• Collaborate and communicate well with other team members in product management and engineering.
• Test ideas, concepts, and designs early and often.
• Consider our customer's full journey from start to finish.

The skills you need

• 5-8 years’ experience in product design, we’re open to individuals from varying design backgrounds.
• As an experienced product design generalist, you confidently lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery.
• You possess the ability to not only understand but also influence our business strategy through design.
• While experience in financial services is advantageous, it’s your design expertise that truly matters.
• At your core, you’re driven by innovation and a relentless focus on the user with proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional team environments.
• You possess a systematic approach to solving complex problems and deliver impactful solutions that move business metrics.
