About the Opportunity

Khoury College of Computer Sciences seeks an individual to provide advising and student services support to master’s students at the Seattle campus.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Director will report to the Senior Director of Graduate Student Services and Career Development and implement all on-ground programming for students at the Seattle campus. The Assistant Director will manage all graduate program administrative activities including advising students on academic and curriculum/registration matters; serve as liaison between the Graduate School, Seattle campus staff, and other University offices that handle matters pertaining to graduate students. They will manage and maintain the graduate student records utilizing Salesforces, Navigate, and Banner systems; Prepare advising data for the Director of Computing Programs in Seattle, Senior Director of Graduate Student Services and Career Development, and the Director of Network Programs.
