Your responsibilities

 The Regional Sales Director is responsible for achieving Design-Win and revenue target in his region by
 Ensuring Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies for the region are updated and reviewed at least twice a year
 Monthly update of key and strategic accounts (POS sales and DW parameters)
 Keeping key indicators on target level or above (to be tracked on regular basis)
 Creating of eco-systems and working with different parts of value chain
 Drive together with FAE and partners necessary trainings.
 Keeping projects updated in SalesForce.com with demand forecast aligned
 Marcom plans are defined and aligned with GTM per segment and implemented in due time
 Driving local DBM and AM Teams with strong alignment with BD Team (for P&I accounts).

What can you expect
Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
Compensation: Besides a good salary, you will be eligible for our bonus plan and receive lunch vouchers, 25 vacation days and the possibility to buy company shares with a 15% discount. We also have flexible work hours and a work from home policy.
