Reporting to the Global Workforce Data services Director, leading Workforce Data Services activities (both off-shore and in- country) for the markets delivering exceptional Data Administration support to Employees, Line Managers and the HR Community. Responsible for developing and implementing the regional strategy to enhance self service Data Administration and the adaptation of the Global HR Data Standards.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Lead the Regional Data Services team and ensuring service levels are on or above the targets set along with HR, Global People Services teams and other key stakeholders
  • Ownership of Regional Workday data and monitoring of quality in compliance with Global/Regional Data Standards, including validation and integration back to external providers and downstream system integrations
  • Responsible for the Regional data consultation and design required for key HR processes, e.g. making sure data requirements for annual reward process are met and provided to Reward CoE as needed
  • Lead conversations related to local data structures and requirements for M&A and other business change projects, liaising between regional stakeholders and Global Data Management team as needed
  • Lead innovation efforts to drive automation, simplification and standardization on HR Data Transactions ensuring business levels are maintained through the process.
  • Coordinate regional implementation for global HR projects, such as a HR Data Systems enhancements and implementations, integrating with on-site HR and HRBP teams to manage business impact and support customers
  • Analyze the SLA´s within People Services and queries received by My HR Advisory to identify areas of improvement
  • Leads Operational Reviews with key stakeholders in the region, work to create and improve communication channels with the business and key stakeholders that ensures critical needs are integrated to our processes.
  • Interact with local HR and business stakeholders to assure right level of service is delivered by People Services
  • Lead the Lean initiatives within the team including Visual Management, Standard Work and Innovation

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience leading teams supporting HR processes and data transactions in Workday
  • Fluent English
  • Professional HR qualification
  • Rigorous and analytical thinking
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow
  • Experience supporting HR System implementation and development
  • Experience supporting payroll and other downstream/external system integrations
  • Ability to manage competing tasks efficiently and prioritize workload within a matrixed team environment
  • Experience of delivering against Service Level agreements, including working with third party providers to meet work deadlines
  • Proven HR project management capability and ability to engage with senior level stakeholders
  • Enjoys working as part of a lively and hard-working team, performing together under pressure to meet monthly payroll deadlines
  • Highly developed communications, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to maintain highly confidential data
