Location will be Lisbon and the working model will be Hybrid, with at least 3 days at the office. Candidates must be living in Portugal.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Team leadership and/or management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5-8 years of demonstrable C++ experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead Support Engineer: Interview, recruit, onboard and train the team
- Lead Support Engineer: Be the technical PoC for this function/team
- Respond to customer queries and escalations via email, tickets, or FAQ systems in a timely and efficient manner during office hours
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the core distributed file systems and tools
- Fix bugs in the core systems, broader ecosystem and tools
- Write and perform (unit and integration) tests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Continuously improve support processes and procedures
