The Digital & Customer Experience Chapter Area in CommSec comprises of UX Designers, UI Designers, Digital Product Managers and Customer Strategy experts. The team is responsible for evolving the digital experiences across web and app at CommSec working within product squads.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accountable for monitoring the competitive performance of their products by reviewing competitor offerings on a monthly basis.
• Proposing product design changes, seeking the appropriate approvals and delivering those changes to market, including planning and leading the promotional efforts for new or enhanced products.
• Monitoring business results of recently introduced or enhanced products and recommending modifications in product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to improve results.
• Developing and designing the features of a designated new product or enhancement to address an identified market need or opportunity.
• Delivering long term strategic projects to ensure their products continue to meet genuine customer needs.
