Event Booth and Large-Format Designer

Upwork Managed Services (https://www.upwork.com/enterprise/managed-services) is seeking an Event Booth and Large-Format Designer to provide services to a client who is a global leader in the power technologies industry. The Event Booth and Large-Format Designer is an expert in graphic design and large-format print for exhibition stands and facility branding. This designer will develop exhibit concepts and designs and perform layout and production; prepare graphics and final art for facilities and events such as trade show booths, conferences, and other related company activities.

**AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS: The professional in this role must be based in the Philippines but willing to work up to 40 hours per week in an EU or US time zone (UTC +2, UTC +3, UTC -4, UTC -5, UTC -6, UTC -7).

Key Responsibilities:

- Booth design and layout: Develop creative and visually appealing booth designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing communication objectives. Design floor plans, booth structures, signage, and interactive elements to maximize impact and customer engagement.
- Visual communication: Create compelling graphics, artwork, and visual elements to effectively communicate the company's message and product offerings. Utilize design software and tools to produce high-quality visuals and presentations.
- Product display and presentation: Strategically plan the placement and presentation of products within the booth to highlight key features and generate customer interest. Design product displays, demonstration areas, and interactive exhibits to engage attendees and drive product awareness.
- Branding and signage: Develop impactful branding elements, including logos, signage, banners, and promotional materials, to reinforce the company's brand identity. Ensure consistent branding across all visual materials and displays.
- Collaboration and coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of booth design and installation. Resolve any design-related issues or challenges.

Requirements

Successful candidates for this ongoing project will have the following qualifications:

- Degree/diploma in graphic design or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
- A strong portfolio that showcases aesthetic awareness and design problem solving abilities.
- A high level of proficiency using Adobe products like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
- The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.
- An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital.
- Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality and precision..

Note that knowledge of 3D rendering tools is a plus, but not essential.
