My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of SellerPlex, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in a handful of other online businesses.

About the role:

SellerPlex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in exploring and establishing collaborations with other agencies within the e-commerce and Amazon services space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, preferably with experience in Amazon, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

This is a Part-Time (10 hours per week, with potential to increase to full-time) Remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to a pre-existing list of potential agency partners.
  • Field and manage calls with potential collaboration partners.
  • Explore and identify collaboration opportunities with agencies offering similar or complementary services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and scheduling of calls.
  • Follow up on leads and track progress using our CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and Amazon marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience in the Amazon agency space is a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Amazon sellers or e-commerce businesses.
  • Familiarity with various Amazon services and tools.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a business development team.
