About the role:

As a Senior Amazon Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role as an individual contributor, primarily supporting Account Managers while serving as the first level of support and escalation. Responsible for addressing complex issues and functioning as a subject matter expert and a team lead, this role requires a profound understanding of Amazon FBA and Seller Central as well as precious experience with leading small to medium-sized teams.

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Provide resolutions for complex issues, serving as a subject matter expert in Amazon FBA and Seller Central.
  • Act as a support and escalation point for Account Managers, offering guidance and assistance when needed.
  • Implement and enhance existing SOPs and processes to optimize project efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor small to medium-sized teams, fostering team development and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Monitor and track team member performance, driving results through strategic leadership.
  • Foster strategic thinking and execution to advance team and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central Account Management with a demonstrable track record of achievements.
  • Extensive experience managing Amazon FBA and Seller Central.
  • Proficient in leading small to medium-sized teams and fostering team development.
  • Has corporate background (ideally e-commerce/Amazon related)
  • Strategic thinking and implementation skills.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in task delegation to optimize team efficiency.
  • Proficient in English with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates high integrity, and proactive problem-solving, and thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused team.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional results to meet customer needs.
