Sales and Marketing Coordinator - maternity cover (approx. 2 years contract).

Role overview

To lead operative and admin tasks in the sales and marketing in order to support CZ, SK sales and marketing team.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Sales – to support sales team regarding POs, invoices and other finance tasks for customer cooperation; to collect, update and analyze sales data and promo evaluations in order to support sales team.
• Marketing – to execute marketing and trade marketing tasks like POSM, gadgets production and warehousing; to support Sales and Trade Marketing activities.
• SAP – create POs, processing invoices from Procurement generic mailbox, vendor management incl. communication with customers.
• Events organization – to organize and/or support internal and external events.
• Administrative tasks – working in the systems, proceeding and archiving documents in line with legal and compliance requirements, support of the team in daily tasks.
• Other tasks as designated by supervisor.

Required skills and experience:

• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Reliability and accuracy.
• Proactivity.
• Clear capability to collaborate cross‐functionally.
• Advanced PC skills – familiar with all Microsoft applications incl. high level of Excel skills and SAP functions.
• University or High School degree preferred.
• High level of English fluency.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
