Field IT Engineer

We're looking for a Field IT Engineer to help transform large Enterprise developer productivity and knowledge of Codeium.

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of IT related experiences, knowledge of Kubernetes is required for this role. We need someone who can help our customer deploy Codeium.
• Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues our customers encounter with our product
• Ability to learn and become an expert quickly
• A team player.
• A self-starter. Hunger to dream up, plan, and execute tasks independently.
• Be able to communicate technology in a simple manner
• Passion for AI and new technology
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Codeium, Copilot, ChatGPT, and others is a strong plus
• Writing tests and automation are a plus
• Turning feedback into feature requests from our customers

• Our best work is done in person. The team goes in 5 days a week into our office in downtown Mountain View, CA (within walking distance of the Caltrain station).
