IT Intern - Semantic Modeling Tool Product

Tasks:

• Technical/Functional support for TopBraid Product (business glossary and semantic modeling tool);
• Participation in tier 3 support activities including incident and problem management;
• Collaboration with application stakeholders in an international environment;
• Documenting specifications and support the creation of operational support manuals during the technical implementations;
• Execution of application tests and support in issues solving;
• Support in application extension maintenance written in SPARQL and JavaScript.

Requirements

Profile:

• Understanding of Semantic Data Modeling, ontologies, taxonomies and glossaries;
• Technologies: W3C, RDF Data Model: URIs, Triples, Graphs;
• Basic experience in JIRA, BMC REMEDY, Java Enterprise Edition, Apache Tomcat would be considered an advantage;
• Nice to have:
  • Basic programming skills (any language, Java or JavaScript would be ideal);
  • Knowledge about query language: GraphQL, SPARQL (or SQL and willingness to learn);
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Structured, analytic, self-dependent, customer & target oriented;
• Open-minded, helpful and willing to learn;
• Fluent in English.
