Job Description
We are actively looking to recruit a passionate and strategic Government Relations professional to join our team and be our voice in the public sphere. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key government officials, advocating for our interests, and keeping us informed of legislative and regulatory developments that impact our business.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Government Relations Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive government relations strategies to advance the organization's objectives.
- Advocacy and Policy Development: Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments affecting the organization. Advocate for policy positions and contribute to the development of policy recommendations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and other stakeholders. Act as a liaison to foster collaboration and partnership.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaboration and Joining campaign: Support the Government Manager in coordinating with Commercial team to create the marketing joining campaigns in order to propose to relevant authorities (TAT)
- Communication: Develop and disseminate communication materials, including briefings, reports, and presentations, to inform internal and external audiences about government relations activities.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on relevant legislative, regulatory, and policy issues. Provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Crisis Management: Support the Government Relations Manager in managing crises and addressing issues that may impact the organization's relationship with the government.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure alignment and coordination of government relations activities with overall organizational goals.
**Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- Minimum 4 years experience working with government relations, or public policy, or advocacy influence, or aviation business
- Well organized skill, good personality, good presentation skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills both Thai and English
- Demonstrated analytical ability about the policy, politics, and press of an issue and translate strategy into action
- Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and carry out multiple assignments to achieve multiple objectives.
- Can work at Don Mueang International Airport
- Excellent work ethic and an ability to work well in a team environment
