Let’s talk about Responsibilities

• Deliver System Administration for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 and FUSION according to documented procedures and performance indicator levels where required.

• Provide end-user administration support including:
  o Create/terminate employee accounts
  o Modify existing user accounts.
  o Reset Password
  o Maintain role and responsibilities of employee account’s access.

• Provide first and second level support, taking ownership, accurately diagnosing and rectifying users issues for troubleshooting of incidents/problems including:
  o Access requests or issues
  o Printing and scanning request or issues

• Perform various program migrations to User Acceptance and Production environment using HP Migration software.
