Director of Product

Vicarius is an Israeli-born cybersecurity startup backed by tier-1 investors from San Francisco, Portugal, and Tel Aviv. Currently operating out of NYC and Tel Aviv, Vicarius aims to solve the biggest challenge of all: security vulnerabilities.

The Vicarius-powered platform, vRx, is a simple, self-serve product that helps companies identify, prioritize, and fix security threats in an integrated, automated, and non-traditional manner.

After successfully closing our Series B funding round with 300% growth YoY (for 3 years in a row!), we’re looking for a Director of Product rockstar to lead our multi-disciplinary development team.

With your expertise in product-led growth companies – especially cybersecurity ones – you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of new vRx features, taking Vicarius to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product team.
• Be the subject matter expert of vRx, mastering both the customer needs and the product capabilities.
• Drive the product roadmap, collaborating with engineers, designers, and others to deliver an outstanding product.
• Define user journeys, use cases, and features, and prioritize them into the product roadmap.
• Engage with our users to understand their needs, gather feedback and requirements, and collaborate with them to build our solution.
• Conduct market research, identify trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.

Requirements:

• A solid background with over 10 years of experience in product management.
• Cybersecurity oriented expertise.
• Experience at companies with a product-led growth strategy.
• Ability to distill sophisticated topics and feedback into clear, prioritized business or user cases and product requirements.
• A strong ability to lead inbound & outbound processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis.
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills in both Hebrew and English.
