- Be the primary point of contact for our partners – it is critical that we help provide them with a predictable and timely resolution to their questions and inquiries while maintaining a positive, professional and friendly attitude
- Provide customer support in English via live chat
- To ensure a safe and enjoyable virtual environment for our partners, monitoring live streams is a key part of our day-to-day tasks
- Handle administrative tasks - such as our partners’ registrations and their uploaded content to provide a high-quality experience for the site users
- Shifts: 6:15-14:45; 14:15-22:45; 22:15-6.45
Requirements
- High-school graduation
- Strong written English skills
- Adequate computer and typing skills
- Business and customer focus is a must have - providing our partners with excellent service will ultimately boost customer satisfaction, which is our main goal
- Ability to multi-task
- Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in working different shifts is a plus
