Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers, clients, or colleagues in Hungarian
• Handle inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
• Deliver accurate and timely information to Hungarian-speaking individuals
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Ensure customer or client satisfaction through exceptional service

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer or client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Openness to relocation with a fully paid relocation package
