German Speaking Customer Service

We have partnered with Mercedes-Benz, a renowned automotive company, to provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers. This position offers a fully paid relocation package for the successful candidate.

As a German Speaking Customer Service representative for Mercedes-Benz, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing product information and recommendations, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the reputation of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical support
• Provide product information, specifications, and features
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz models, accessories, and upgrades
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and brand is a plus
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to relocate and eligibility for work permits in the destination country
