As a German Speaking Technical Support Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical assistance and support to German-speaking customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing technical support and assistance
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with various internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service roles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of technological products, software, and systems
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with full relocation assistance
