German Client Consultant - Tourism Sector

We have partnered with a well-established company in the tourism industry, and we are looking for a talented individual to provide excellent customer support to German-speaking clients.

As a German Client Consultant in the tourism sector, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, providing information about destinations, travel packages, and managing reservations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for clients.

Please note that this position comes with a fully paid relocation package, ensuring a smooth transition to Athens.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for German-speaking clients in the tourism sector
• Assist clients with inquiries related to destinations, travel packages, and reservations
• Provide recommendations and personalized advice to clients
• Process bookings and manage reservations
• Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Become an expert on destinations, attractions, and travel services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in customer service or consultant roles, preferably in the tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with full relocation assistance
