German Client Care Consultant

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a German Client Care Consultant to join our team in Athens, Greece. We have partnered with a new online payment platform to provide exceptional customer service and support in German.

As a German Client Care Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking clients with their inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring a seamless user experience on the platform. You will be the main point of contact for clients and play a crucial role in building strong relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for German-speaking clients, providing support and assistance
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and platform navigation
• Provide information about the platform's features and services
• Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document client interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues
• Stay up-to-date with the platform's updates and changes

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in customer service or client care roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge or interest in online payment platforms or financial technology
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to empathize with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
