Travel Representative

As a German Speaking Travel Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their travel plans. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations, and offer personalized recommendations to ensure unforgettable travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel inquiries, reservations, and modifications
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries to meet customer preferences
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings and changes
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the travel industry is preferred
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate and work in a new country
