As a German Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, all while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers, assisting them via phone, email, and chat
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Document customer interactions and update customer records
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to established customer service standards and guidelines
• Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
• Flexible and adaptable to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with the fully paid relocation package
