Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Advocate

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking talented and dedicated Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Advocates to join our team. We have partnered with JTI, a leading multinational tobacco company, and we are looking for individuals who are fluent in Hungarian and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Advocate for JTI, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in representing the company and maintaining its reputation for quality products and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Hungarian-speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding JTI products
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Knowledge of the tobacco industry and JTI products is a plus
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
