We have partnered with a leading search engine company and are seeking a passionate individual to provide exceptional customer support to Hungarian-speaking users.

As a Hungarian Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant, your main responsibility will be to assist users with their inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure their satisfaction. You will play a vital role in helping Hungarian-speaking users navigate and utilize the search engine effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Hungarian-speaking users
• Provide customer support, addressing inquiries, technical issues, and account support
• Deliver accurate and timely information to users
• Troubleshoot and resolve user concerns and issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of search engine features and updates
• Document user interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Ensure user satisfaction by delivering outstanding service

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Prior experience in customer support or similar roles is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with search engine functionalities and online tools
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexible schedule, including availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
