Working across all Bumble Inc products, the Quality Specialist will be supporting our QA teams in day-to-day work such as crafting response templates and auditing the quality of our agents.
The role is a 12 month FTC, based in London and will be reporting into our QA Manager
What You'll Do
- Perform routine quality reviews and tests with our in-house and outsourced teams
- Be a true champion of quality and an accessible resource for agents/teams to ask questions and get clarification
- Assist with QA calibrations, particularly note-taking and follow-up actions
- Write-up feedback emails for agents to support their development
- Support the Content team with drafting response templates, Help Centre articles, and Knowledge Base materials
- Review Knowledge Base articles, making edits and recommendations for improvements
- Own administrative content processes, including ensuring translations are completed in a timely manner
Experience We Are Looking For
- 2+ years in a customer service environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
