QA Specialist

Working across all Bumble Inc products, the Quality Specialist will be supporting our QA teams in day-to-day work such as crafting response templates and auditing the quality of our agents.

The role is a 12 month FTC, based in London and will be reporting into our QA Manager

What You'll Do

• Perform routine quality reviews and tests with our in-house and outsourced teams
• Be a true champion of quality and an accessible resource for agents/teams to ask questions and get clarification
• Assist with QA calibrations, particularly note-taking and follow-up actions
• Write-up feedback emails for agents to support their development
• Support the Content team with drafting response templates, Help Centre articles, and Knowledge Base materials
• Review Knowledge Base articles, making edits and recommendations for improvements
• Own administrative content processes, including ensuring translations are completed in a timely manner

Experience We Are Looking For

• 2+ years in a customer service environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
