About the team

Trustly UX is a group with unique talents and includes UX Design and research. We are a highly motivated and collaborative team. We take pride in solving complex user interactions and also play an instrumental role in driving product strategy. We're fast-paced and effective. We focus on each other as the secret to our success!

What you'll do:

• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to translate business needs into best-in-class, modern design solutions;
• Champion UX standards and methodologies across the organization;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and align with developers on UX design work;
• Mentor junior UX designers on design skills and strategies.

Who you are:

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in Design or a related field;
• Experience delivering wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, and final assets;
• Understanding of personas and use cases;
• Understanding of design systems, information architecture, design patterns, and interaction design;
• Expert knowledge of design/wireframing in Figma;
• Experience with design research;
• Gather user requirements from stakeholders and product managers;
• Knowledge in data analysis and data science;
• Advanced English skills.
