LastPass is looking for a Manager, Regional Partner Team Manager - MSP:

As a Manager, Regional Partner Team Manager - MSP you would be responsible for recruiting, developing and maintaining strong relationships with MSP partners as well as leading and guiding a MSP focused team, aiming to expand LastPassโ€™ reach and adoption through these MSP channels. This role involves strategizing and executing partnerships programs, providing training and support to MSPs on LastPass offerings, driving forecasting / pipeline creation and ensuring the partners and MSP team have the resources they need to be successful.

Who will you work with?

This role will report directly to the Director, Global MSP and work closely with both the MSP Sales team and the Marketing department to ensure alignment of the strategy and execution of the MSP program objectives.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Implementing strategies to recruit, onboard and retain MSP partners ensuring continuous growth with the North America MSP RPM team.
  • Scaling with the RPM team the training and enablement of MSP partners to effectively sell and support LastPass
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to create co-marketing campaigns and strategies that align with overall business goals and drive partner success
  • Staying on top of market trends and customer needs to adapt partnership strategies accordingly
  • Representing with the MSP Team the LastPass brand company at trade shows and events, engaging with current and prospective partners
  • Ensuring the pipeline and forecasting hygiene is followed by the MSP team
  • Collaborate with leadership on several campaigns including expansion and recruitment
  • Assist with performance reviews of the team
  • Drive corporate initiatives and best practices of the MSP Partner Program including QBR, communications, thought leadership, etc.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Channel sales or business development experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSP ecosystem
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies, especially in areas related to password management and identity protection. Familiarity with LastPass is a plus
  • Ability to understand and navigate the MSP business model
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization and the MSP Team
  • Ability to analyze partner performance, market trends, and business metrics
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to travel/ attend to trade shows, conferences and partner meeting

  • Existing relationships within the MSP community

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $140,000 per year in our highest geographic market. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
