What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like?

• You will serve as a technical authority for entering mechanical configuration and diagnostic frequency metadata for rotating machines
• You will provide technical support for installation teams in the field including advising on proper sensor installation for diagnostics, machine configuration correction, and IoT connectivity troubleshooting
• You will use technical knowledge of machines to review installation and data entry for accurate vibration diagnostics
• You will communicate across teams to ensure the quality and completion of deployments
• You will have a significant impact on increasing overall efficiency and productivity
• Executes accurate information processing from various sources (spreadsheets, images, etc.) into our platform - including data parsing, entry, and image assessment.

What are the required qualifications for a Data Processing Analyst?

• Experience with or knowledge of industrial machinery - e.g. vibration analyst, industrial reliability, maintenance technician, electrical technician, field technician, or similar role
• At least 2 years of mechanical, electrical, or data technical work experience
• Works autonomously - able to organize, track, and follow-up on multiple projects and tasks without micromanagement
• A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with rotating machinery reliability and diagnostics OR experience with rotating machinery maintenance and operation
• Experience with scripting or automation in Google suite and/or Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and/or Slack
• Analytical mindset - able to identify risks, predict issues, and solve unexpected problems which may arise throughout the project
• Technology and business savvy with startup / scale up experience
• Familiarity with SaaS deployment in a industrial / manufacturing environment Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team
