As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data solutions in the cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, design and implement data processing pipelines using Apache Spark and Databricks, and ensure data quality and integrity. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to optimize their data infrastructure and provide insights using advanced analytics.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SSIS and SQL Server for ETL processes.
• Strong experience with AWS services related to data engineering (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimizing data pipelines.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Active Batch for job scheduling and workflow orchestration.
