Responsibilities & Skills
- Assist in the project management of websites being developed for APAC clients
- Basic understanding of website development and content management systems
- High degree of accuracy and great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, set short-term priorities, and make good decisions
- Ability to follow procedures and policies
- Ability to perform repetitive duties with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage relationships, and requests, and ensure quality delivery for our customers
- Assist clients in supporting them to understand how to navigate and use the hotel website.
- Assist clients in answering to their requests and autonomously solving basic tasks or more sophisticated tasks with the support of developers. -
- Provide on-call support/customer service to APAC customers for website-related matters or concerns.
- Ensure the project team, including management as appropriate, is continually updated, including successes, issues, concerns, and feedback
- Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team through the website deployment; good to have prior experience doing QA/QC (Quality Control) on websites
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry-related media
- Skills and Experience
- Some working experience on websites will be a plus
- Willing to learn and become familiar with navigating through different pages of a website, Content Management Systems like Drupal, WordPress etc
- Languages: Good communication skills in English.
