As part of their expansion strategy, they are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to join their passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop a wide array of materials, including marketing collateral, retail displays, sales materials, email campaigns, and more.
• Translate strategic directives into visually compelling designs that adhere to the brand's established identity and guidelines.
• Generate original concepts by hand or through design software, ensuring optimal use of color, typography, imagery, and layout principles.
• Lead the design and uploading process for all project materials, utilizing content management best practices to ensure seamless execution.
• Apply industry insights and market trends to create and execute designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Independently manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
• Uphold and reinforce visual identity guidelines across all touchpoints, proactively identifying and addressing any inconsistencies.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video assets to streamline workflow and ensure accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovative design skills, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing professional graphic design work.
• Minimum of 3 years in graphic design, ideally within a creative agency or similar environment.
• Proficient with industry-standard design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Canva and content management systems is advantageous.
• Desire for continuous learning and skill development to stay current with design trends and techniques.
