Operations Leadership Director

AECOm is seeking a Part Time Operations Leadership Director to support our Water group. Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate operational processes and resolve procedural problems. Evaluates the feasibility of new or revised systems and procedures to ensure compliance with established standards. Continuously works to promote enhanced efficiencies through tighter procedures and innovative up to date methodologies.

• Responsible for the overall direction of complex, high dollar volume or manpower intensive areas.
• Has demonstrated the capacity to resolve difficult problems, to render mature business decisions and to motivate and develop key management personnel.
• Operations Managers with lesser responsibilities may report to this position.
• Responsible for the technical practice, project performance, and operational management of all areas and offices within a district.
• Helps determine and executes the strategic direction to ensure growth and financial profitability.
• Ensures the overall management of the district, and may oversee multiple disciplines/practices/business lines within the district.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS + 12 Years of relavent experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
