POSITION TITLE: Technical Lead

REPORTING TO: Senior Program Manager

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore, India

Position Overview:

The IT Application Monitoring and Observability team is a global Eurofins team that provides knowledge on the operation of IT Systems and IT Infrastructure. Over 61,000 Eurofins employees rely on the services that we provide to conduct their daily operations. From basic application availability monitoring, through complex process analysis, ending on advanced statistical and ML/AI methods to proactively counteract any unexpected events that can negatively impact the business. Handling over 3TB of data daily, our goal is to collect, process, and visualize data to provide knowledge in an easy and understandable way to end-users.

Primary Skills (mandatory):

• Linux administration.
• Containerization concepts with Docker.
• Familiarity with the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Beats, Logstash).
• PowerShell Scripting.

Secondary Skills (nice to have):

• Familiarity with Grafana tool is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualization and data storytelling techniques is an advantage.
• Additional experience with networking and security concepts would make your application stand out.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 4-8 years of IT Professional Experience
