Supply Coordinator

Eurofins Environment Testing is looking for a Supply Coordinator in our Arvada laboratory to manage and coordinate building and consumable supplies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Places all orders on behalf of all departments
• Maintains inventory, verifies stock, ensures stock availability
• Communicates with vendors and with our internal division, the NSC, as needed
• Communicates and coordintates building maintenance with contrctors that provide cleaning and maintenance services.
• Helps organize events for employees such as Christmas celebrations, pot lucks, monthly pizza day, etc.

Requirements

• B.A (no particular major required)
• 6 months administrative assistance and purchasing experience.
• Customer service ability
• Bilingual (English Spanish)
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
