- Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role in OTT or similar video-related space
- 4+ years of experience in technology roles with hands-on engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating technological requirements to make informed and strategic decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while creating order and structure for a team
- Advanced knowledge in server-side orchestration and distributed systems
- Familiar with video technology and hardware capabilities
- Willingness to travel in North America and Europe for work-related activities
