Exciting opportunity for an Associate Application Support Engineer to join a growing business. in this role you’ll have exposure to several teams helping them to manage client inquiries, systems capacity and scalability and high performance delivery of various business projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist operational team to deal with client enquiries
• Contribute with service availability and reliability
• Assist in managing systems capacity and scalability
• Assist with the delivery of prioritised business projects
• Follow systematic and mature approach to planning, system development, system testing and fault reporting
• Assist with maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Assist with systems releases and updates
• Assist with documenting processes and procedures
• Assist with maintaining a satisfactory level of quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering or equivalent
• Basic skills in programming in C#, .NET, HTML, JavaScript, T-SQL & awareness of wide variety of languages, development tools & methods
• Basic analysis, design & troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrate empathy & basic understanding of client needs
• Basic analytical skills and conceptual thinking to operations and system planning
• Maintain good professional relationships with staff at all levels
• Able to motivate and encourage others and help the team to achieve success
